• Free unlimited telephone and e-mail support: Email or call as many times as you like and get priority treatment from our knowledgeable technical support team
• Free Software Upgrades and Updates: Subscribing to SAP keeps you current with the latest technology, new functionalities, and patches for your licensed software. You get immediate Web access to download all applicable updates, enhancements, and full-version upgrades as they are released.
• Help shape new product features: If your needs and ideas are common to other SAP subscribers, they may be implemented, giving you the features you asked for in a future download—at no extra cost.

• What happens if I don’t purchase SAP?

  Without SAP, in just over a year, you could spend 70 percent or more on software to buy a new license to get new features. Not to mention, you would have to spend that year with no updates or other benefits.

  You would miss out on free telephone support and would have to pay $150 each time you request a per-incident telephone support call.

• Why should I renew SAP after my initial 12-Month Period?

  SAP’s benefits expire twelve months after the plan purchase date. Downloads, discounts, and any other SAP benefits expire when your membership lapses.

• How do I renew my subscription?

  OSMS will notify you ninety-days before expiration so you can budget your renewal. Your ASAP subscription will be renewed as soon as we receive your payment for the correct amount. Remember, if you allow your SAP subscription to expire once enrolled, you will not be able to renew it.

- Software Upgrades include new major versions of Software and are released at least once a year.
- Software Updates include minor software releases, patches and bug-fixes. At its sole discretion, OSMS decides what each release and download includes, and when they occur.
- Free unlimited email and telephone support is provided at no additional cost to SAP subscribers.
- Purchase of the Software Assurance Plan (SAP) does not in any way extend, modify, or enhance OSMS’s original software licensing terms and conditions. The duration of the Software Assurance Plan (SAP) shall be for a period of twelve (12) months from the purchase date.
- Once enrolled in SAP, your renewal rate will remain the same as long as your SAP subscription remains continuously in effect. Because SAP’s benefits may vary through the years, the plan’s current enrollment benefits apply upon each renewal. Remember, if you allow SAP to expire once enrolled, you will not be able to renew it.
