Per-Incident Telephone Support

For solutions requiring immediate one-on-one assistance, OSMS offers per-incident telephone support. You can purchase a per-incident telephone support for only $150.00. Active subscribers of our Software Assurance Plan (SAP) automatically get free telephone support.

After purchasing a per-incident support you will get an e-mail with instructions for scheduling your call. We will schedule your call within 1 business day, and make every attempt to schedule it within 2-4 hours. Our telephone support hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time. Support availability may deviate due to observed U.S. holidays and events beyond our control.

We offer free technical support via e-mail to all users, for 30-days from the date of purchase. During this 30-day period, you may submit as many e-mail support requests as you like. A confirmation e-mail containing your case number will be sent when your case is received. A technical support specialist will follow up and respond to you via e-mail within 2 business days.
